1.Write down the data, say the full name of the people.
2. Press "Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow Key".
3. Click on "DATA" at the top menu ribbon.
4. Then click on "Text to Columns".
5. Click on "Delimited" and then next.
6. Then according to your data entered, you can separated text into different columns. Say, first name and last name are separated by a space so tick mark the "Space" option.
7. Hit "Finish". Your data is now separated into columns.
